Scuba Diving Pool Experience: A Perfect Introduction to Underwater Exploration
If you don’t feel comfortable swimming in the ocean but would love to try breathing underwater, the Scuba Diving Pool Experience is the perfect option for you! This package takes place in a swimming pool (maximum depth of 2 meters) at the Castel Harbor Residence, located just a 5-minute drive from our diving center in Los Cristianos.
What to Expect from Your Scuba Diving Pool Experience
Your Scuba Diving Pool Experience begins with a short theoretical session by the pool, where we will explain the characteristics of the diving equipment. Afterward, the dive itself lasts about 45 minutes. During this time, you will learn essential skills, such as how to empty water from your mask and practice two basic exercises to become comfortable with the diving gear.
Once the activity is finished, a certified PADI instructor will register you on the PADI platform as having completed the Discover Scuba Diving Pool Experience.

Learn the Basics in a Safe Environment
Although this is not a certified course, the Scuba Diving Pool Experience offers a quick and easy introduction to exploring the underwater world. You’ll gain an understanding of the basic safety guidelines and essential skills needed to dive under the direct supervision of a PADI professional.
If you’re interested in continuing your underwater adventure, you can also practice a few additional shallow water skills to prepare for an open water dive.
At the end of the activity, you’ll have the option to try an exciting sea dive!

Prerequisites and minimum age
To sign up for a Discover Scuba Diving Pool Experience, you must be at least 8 years old.
No previous diving experience is necessary, but you must be in good physical shape. be healthy and be able to complete the following medical certificate.
