TERMS & CONDITIONS:

By booking any diving activities or courses online with us, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these carefully before completing your booking.

**IF YOU ARE CERTIFIED DIVER: you might need a full dive equipment and diving insurnace, both has an extra cost and are avaiable at the diving center. Prices: €5 daily insurance; €15 weekly insurance; €35 year insurance; €15 full dive equipment per day; €10 full dive equipment per one dive. **

  1. Eligibility to Participate Age Requirements: You must be at least 5 years old to participate in our activities, or 8 for certain specialized courses (Like Bubblemaker, Discover scuba diving,  fun dives and PADI courses) .Medical Fitness: All participants must be medically fit for diving. You may be required to submit a medical clearance from a certified physician prior to participation, particularly if you have any pre-existing health conditions. Additionally, the client must not consume drugs or alcohol before starting the activity. Certification Requirements: For certified dives, you must present valid diving certification from a recognized diving organization (e.g., PADI, SSI, NAUI…) .
  1. Booking and Payment Booking Confirmation: All bookings made online are subject to availability. Once you complete your booking and payment, a confirmation email/whatsapp message will be sent to the address provided. Payment: Full payment or a deposit (as specified at the time of booking) is required to confirm your reservation. Payments are processed securely via our payment gateway.Pricing: Prices for our diving activities are subject to change without notice. The price you pay is the price indicated at the time of booking. 
  1. Cancellation and Refund Policy Cancellation by the Customer:If you cancel more than 48 hours  before the scheduled activity, you will receive a full refund.Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled activity, or no-shows, will not be eligible for a refund. Cancellation by SEE YOU DIVING: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any activity due to sea conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule. If the customer shows up under the influence of drugs or alcohol, the activity cannot be carried out and the deposit will not be refunded. No refunds will be given to divers not able to dive due to ear problems, sea sickness, inability to equalize, or reasons of their own on the day.
    If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for a booking, the rest of the group will go on to proceed with their dives and you can then join the second dive and you will still be charged in full.
    eLearning Theory: In cases of cancellation for the PADI Open Water, Advanced Course, Rescue Diver, or any course that includes eLearning theory, the eLearning theory fee of 130 EUR is non-refundable once the theory has been provided to the student, regardless of the cancellation reason or timing. For Dive Master course eleraning theory price is 330 EUR
  1. Liability and Insurance Acknowledgment of Risk: By participating in any diving activity, you acknowledge the inherent risks involved with scuba diving, including the possibility of personal injury, property damage, or loss of life. You participate at your own risk.Waiver and Release: You will be required to sign a waiver and release of liability form prior to participating in any diving activity. Failure to sign this waiver may result in your inability to participate, without any right to a refund.Insurance: SEE YOU DIVING will provide the insurance for all the activities. 
  1. Safety and Conduct Instructor Authority: Our dive instructors and guides have the final say on safety-related matters. If at any time they deem your conduct or behavior to be unsafe, they reserve the right to terminate your participation without a refund.Compliance with Rules: Participants are expected to follow all safety instructions provided by our staff. Non-compliance may result in termination of your participation in the activity.
  1. Changes to Bookings Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your booking, you must contact us at least 3 days prior to the scheduled activity. Rescheduling is subject to availability and any applicable fees.
  1. Weather and Unforeseen Circumstances Weather Conditions: Diving activities are dependent on weather and sea conditions. If conditions are deemed unsafe by our staff, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule activities at any time. In the case of cancellations due to weather, you will receive a full refund or be given the option to reschedule.Force Majeure: We are not responsible for any delays, changes, or cancellations due to events outside our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.).
  1. Data Protection and Privacy: We are committed to protecting your personal data. By booking online, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with applicable data protection laws.
  1. Governing Law :These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain
